Not all those who wander are lost. 

We're wanderers all our lives in this world whether we consciously or unconsciously know it, or whether we acknowledge this fact or not. In a sense, each individual is alone, closed out from this world because we can never really tell whether we see, touch, taste, or just simply sense the same things as other individuals around us. How do we know we're not just living inside someone's giant dollhouse, with every single one of our moves manipulated by a giant force in an alternate world?

Philosopher René Descartes answered this with "I think, therefore I am."
